Fire alarm

By law, all flats must have a fire alarm. Each floor of the flat must have at least one functioning fire alarm. There should be at least one fire alarm for each 60 m2. The maintenance, battery change and the purchase of a new one are the responsibility of the tenant. Failure to comply to this responsibility, in case of accident, the insurance company can decline compensation payment.
