The flats are usually inspected when the new tenant moves in and from the order of the management or flat inspector. The inspection before a new tenant is not carried from the order of the management in all the new or recently remodeled flats or then when the rental agreement has lasted only a short time. Inspections occurring after moving in is carried out within two weeks after the new tenant is in.

The Sivakka flats that are new or recently repaired all have operator and maintenance instructions. The tenant must become familiar with these instructions because an accident caused by a failure to read instructions may be made payable by the tenant. The flat is rented with the level of furnishings as mentioned at the time of the signing of the agreement. Additional furnishings are always to be agreed on with the local property manager. The tenant pays for expenses caused by related possible additional work.
