Balconies

The French balconies in the flats are reserved for shaking rugs. The times are reported on the bulletin board. The regular balcony is for sitting. Rugs and mats can not be shaken from your own balcony, neither can you drop stuff or garbage. The bedclothes can be aired out on your own balcony from 7:00am to 10:00am and from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Grilling food on or under the balcony is forbidden.

Laundry room

The laundry room for tenants is available daily from 7:00am to 8:00pm or during times agreed on by the tenant committee. The laundry room is reserved by writing your name in the notebook or on the bulletin board in the room. Remove your name after use. The machines in the laundry room are for tenant use only. The washing of rugs and mats is prohibited, because the washing machine can only handle clothes. User instructions are found in the laundry room.

Sauna

The sauna turn list is prepared by property maintenance. You can inform the time of your desired sauna turn or change an already agreed on turn. The sauna steam room of your flat can not be used to dry laundry.

The stairwell and loft hall

The stairs are not a place for material storage, and everyone should keep their own stuff stored in their own rooms. To keep the hallways clean, please keep your doormat on the inside of your room. Smoking in the common areas of the flat is forbidden.
The loft halls are nice only if kept clean. Nothing can be stored in the halls. Shaking rugs in loft halls is forbidden.

Storages rooms

The apartment building has storage rooms for sporting equipment, bicycles and baby carriages. Each home has an additional lockable storage room. Articles left in the storage halls will be sent to the landfill by property maintenance. The storage of motor vehicles, such as scooters is not allowed inside the building.

Yard areas

The yard area has its own parking, waste container, drying, play, game and planting area. The cars are to be parked only in the reserved areas, not on the lawn nor sidewalks. For your safety and the safety of all the tenants of the building, remember the following rule: Never park your car improperly so that emergency vehicles (fire truck, ambulance etc.) can make it to the door and around tight corners. Also notice, car washing and repair is not allowed in the yard area. The fertilizing, mowing and clean up of the front and back yards of row houses belongs to the tenant. The roofed or fenced waste area has marked containers for wastes to be collected and sorted.

Club rooms

Most properties have club or craft rooms for tenant use. You can get info on the club rooms from your local property manager or members of the tenant association. Material and articles stored in the club room or common areas without permission will be sent to the landfill.

Car park

Inquire about car park places from property maintenance. The rent for the car park will be charged with the flat rent on the same invoice. Electricity from the engine heating post can only be used for heating the car engine. The wiring and fuse size in most places does not allow the use of interior car heaters. The use of the interior car heater can blow a joint fuse and several cars will be without electricity. The current comes to the heating post socket regulated by a external thermostat or timer. Make sure that the power cable isn´t left hanging on the heating post. The property manager has the right to remove power cables left on the post.

Car places are rented only for cars and motorcycles that are in regular and registered use. A rented car place can not be given to others. Trucks/lorries are not allowed in the parking places. If a tenant has two car places, he/she must give up the other if someone moves in and that needs it.
