Changing flats

There are two ways to change flats:

1. A change into a vacant flat through a normal termination, where the customer applies for a flat with a normal application.

2. Trading flats with another tenant in the "exchange market".

The rental agreement always starts at the beginning of the month when changing flats. After the tenant approves the flat offered or that the exchange has been confirmed, the tenant can terminate the current flat. The lessor needs about three weeks to handle the issues related to the exchange of flats.

Conditions for exchange:
1. The local property manager has inspected the flat of the one seeking change. Possible repair bills are paid or broken things in the flat are repaired. Intentionally breaking rules can prevent a change.
2. The one changing hasn´t been given notice or warnings of disturbance.
3. The one changing hasn´t failed to take proper care of the flat.
4. The rents have been paid on time without notice.
5. The security deposit has been paid and receipt presented.
6. New rental agreement is signed.
7. Get your keys from property maintenance after signing for them. The lessor has the right to approve or reject the change of flats.
