Signing the rental agreement

The rental agreement shall be signed in the Sivakka office; the agreement shall also have the signature of a possible spouse/partner or other equal tenant either personally or by means of a certified power of attorney. Before the rental agreement can be signed, the deposit shall be paid and the supplements supplied. Another condition to signing the agreement is household insurance for the flat in question. A receipt indicating payment of the deposit shall be present at the signing of the agreement. The deposit can also be paid in our office with a bankcard. Unfortunately, we do not accept other methods of payment. The supplements required for the rental agreements are the latest certification of taxation and proof of income. We will request other supplements as needed.

You shall receive an information packet when signing the agreement containing, among other things, rental payment forms, a "Safe living" guide as well as information on property maintenance.
