Keys

The tenant must take good care of the keys. Usually the tenant gets three keys for the flat and a key for the common rooms. Depending on the key, it can have an effect not only on the tenant of one flat, but on the tenants of the entire building and the safety of their property.

If you lose your key or if it is stolen, please the contact the Sivakka property management assistant as soon as possible. If the residence ends a half year after the notice has been made to the management that the key was lost, the locks must be reset. The expense of resetting the locks will be billed to the tenant. In this way we can guarantee the key security of the next tenant.
