Accepting a residence (flat)

A residence is reserved by paying the deposit and signing the rental agreement. Information about the deposit is provided in connection with the offer of residence. Customer shall bring the supplements (appendices) to his or her application to customer service in connection with the signing of the rental agreement.

Security deposit

The purpose of the security deposit is to be a deposit on the condition of the flat and security on the rent. The deposit will be returned to the customer about a month after the rental agreement ends. The condition for the return is that all the keys for the flat are returned, the flat is in good condition and cleaned and that all rent payments and other payments have been settled.
