The company manages different types of houses, including terraced houses, balcony access blocks and traditional blocks of flats. The properties range in size from one-room to five rooms and a kitchen.

Properties may be rented by means of an application. Vacant properties are offered to applicants with valid applications. New residences are always advertised on the home pages of the company and in the newspapers.
